Project description
A new complex that we executed "turnkey", utilizing the new Shell ECOPOD construction format.
On the territory, 5 Shell ECOPODs, sized 7x9, were designed. A full-fledged SPA area with a pool, sauna, and hot tubs is planned. The highlight of the complex is a lavender field and a large entertainment area.
New approaches to interior finishing, using only the highest quality materials.
The complex was built without altering the relief of the site, without heavy machinery, and practically by hand.
